An original, unposted, T.I.C. “horseshoe”, photographic postcard. T.I.C. stands for the publisher, Thomas Illingworth & Co. of London. The postcard has the quality control mark for 1921 (single, vertical, line). Colour was added to the black and white photograph in 2022. The cottage is still there and looks very much the same. Croxby Pond has gone.
