Norma Procter was renowned internationally as one of the finest concert singers of her time. (Mary) Norma Procter was born in Cleethorpes on 15th February 1928 and died in Grimsby on 2nd May 2017. Her parents were John Procter, baker and confectioner, and Edith Clarice Procter (née Hockney).
