Bus (TEE 550) in Cleethorpes Market Place (Street) 1962.

An original Kodachrome slide in excellent condition © Grimsby & Cleethorpes Museum. TEE 5550 was a new bus when the photo was taken in June 1962. Grimsby and Cleethorpes Transport (GCT) was formed in 1957 when both towns merged their bus companies. Brown’s Café was at 22/24 Market Street (now a Turkish restaurant).
