From the original, medium format negative. Built in 1948 by Burmeister & Wain Skibsværft A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark for Hf. Eimskipafélag Íslands, Island, (The Iceland Steamship Co. Ltd.), Reykjavik. Sold and renamed ‘Arimathian’ (1968-1970) and ‘Krios’ (1970-). Sank off NE Brazil in 1971. Note the swastikas on the bow and the flag.
