An original portrait still in its c1940 wooden frame. It’s not known whereabouts in the country this portrait originated from. However, the owner has a WLA Tootal tie which may be associated with the portrait. The name sown onto the tie is ‘G. G. Mills’. Does this name mean anything to anybody?
