An original photographic postcard by F.C.C. Series. This is King George V and Queen Mary. Construction of the dock started in 1906 and was completed by 1912. The original main purpose of the dock was export of coal. Today, the Port of Immingham is the UK’s largest port by tonnage, handling around 46 million tonnes of cargo every year.
