Decorated Soldier by H. Jancowski Grimsby c1900. The dress tunic of a yeomanry cavalry officer from the Victorian period, wearing a Long Service and Good Conduct medal. The rank in those days is actually on the sleeve and no regimental badges are worn on it, the only badge being on the headdress. (Thanks Les/Kathryn.)
